How can I track my recent orders?

Why has my account been suspended?

At Prosarms1 our products are manufactured, labeled and sold as articles for in vitro research and other laboratory uses only. They are NOT to be used for diagnostic purposes in food, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics for humans or animals, or for any commercial purposes. It is our commitment to uphold the law, reject and refuse sale if we believe there is potential for the misuse of the products. Those in violation will be suspended from ordering, and have their IP address flagged.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

If you have forgotten/misplaced your password you will be able to reset it from our website. When you enter our website click on “Login” at the top right corner of the website. It will load a login screen, where there is a “Lost my Password?” link for you to reset it.

How can I view my past orders?

To view your past orders, click “Login” at the top right corner of the website. Once logged in, the website will take you to your “My Account” page where you will be able to view your previous orders placed.

I'm trying to make a purchase but it keeps getting declined and I'm sure everything is right! Why is this happening?

Please ensure that all of your information is filled out correctly at checkout. If your billing address and zip don’t match, the card will decline.If you’re entering the correct information, please call your card issuing bank and ask them to authorize the transaction to GPAY*PIRATEW as you may have a security block on your card for foreign purchases. Our acquiring bank is based out of Shenzhen, China. If you’re still having issues, email our support team and we will be happy to assist you further.

How will this purchase appear on my credit card statement?

After your purchase, you will see GPAY*PIRATEW* on your credit card statement.

How are chargebacks handled?

We take attempted fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. Changing your mind is not grounds for filing a fraudulent usage claim. According to the National Consumer Law Center, “you cannot raise a complaint about the quality of merchandise or services you bought with a credit card in the form of a billing dispute.” Please familiarize yourself with the Fair Credit Billing Act, under Federal Law. We will be pursuant of action against any heinous chargebacks! If you have any questions that are not clearly explained in the aforementioned policies, please contact us!

I have a promo code but neglected to fill it out at check out. Can I still use it?

Unfortunately no, you can however use it on your next order. Placing a new order is the only way for you to be able to use the promo code.

Do I have to be a certain age to purchase your products?

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to purchase from our site.

Can I place an order via email or with your customer support hotline?

For the security of your purchase and our own records – you must order through the site. We use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to assure your information and all data passing through the website and payment gateway remains secure and confidential. Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Shop with confidence!

Can I cancel my Order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly entertain this request. Due to our fast turn-around-time, your window of cancelation is very brief, and will require prompt action. Once shipped, we will not be able to accommodate your request. We do not refund orders once shipped.

My orders are failing but my card is showing a charge?

You may be entering the wrong address without even knowing it. Our payment processor uses AVS (address verification) for all charges and will refuse a charge if you enter the wrong billing address.

Sometimes the address that the bank has on file is a variation of your actual address. Even cards that normally pass AVS might fail our processor’s particularly strict AVS. If you have tried multiple variations of your address without success, please contact your bank and check to see which address they use for validating credit cards.

Keep in mind that the bank may have both a mailing and a billing address on file for you. Please be sure that you are entering the correct billing address.

Each time you submit a transaction and use the wrong address, YOUR bank will put a hold on the card/funds to cover the transaction, but since your address does not match we reject that transaction. YOUR bank may hold your funds up to 30 days, normally they are released within 3-5 days.

Bottom line, MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING YOUR CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are manufactured within The United States by registered biotechnology companies.

I have ordered one of your research chemicals and it has seemed to have fallen out of suspension. What has happened here?

Even if stored properly, research chemicals are known for falling out of suspension. This can be easily fixed by running the chemical under hot water and shaking lightly.

A research chemical I ordered shows distinct separation – why is this?

Chemicals are not suspended unless they are water soluble. Shake rigorously and the precipitate will disperse back into the solution. Apply gentle heat.

What kind of glassware do you use for your peptides?

The ideal container for peptide manipulation should be clean, chemically inert and optically clear & strong. We choose to use glass vials in lieu of polypropylene-based, plastic ones, in order to prevent any visibility problems when organic solvents are being used. We pride ourselves in only using high quality specialty glassware to inhibit the adsorption to surfaces which would grossly distort subsequent results.

What is the proper storage and shelf life on your research chemicals?

We recommend storing out of direct sunlight, at room temperature and avoiding any fluctuations in humidity. By conservative estimates, this should prevent any degradation for several years.

How should I store my peptides?

Will shipping my peptides without ice degrade them in any way?

No. Dry-lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for several weeks. For long term storage, -20 degrees Celsius is preferred prior to dissolution.

What purity do I need for my experiments?

The final purity of a peptide is extremely important and depends on the type of experimentation you are doing:

  • For non-sensitive screening assays crude or >75% is recommended.
  • For immunogen grade >85% is recommended.
  • For receptor/ligand studies, bio-assay studies, or cell studies >95% is recommended.
  • For structural studies >98% is recommended.
How do you assure the quality and consistency of your peptides?

We are a subsidiary of an ISO 9001:2008 certified company – whom adhere by strict quality control measures. Each peptide batch is checked via mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography analyses after each step of the peptide purification process. We guarantee the delivery of high-quality, accurately labeled peptides.

What safety precautions should be followed when handling peptides and research chemicals?

Avoid inhalation, contact with skin, eyes and clothing, and prolonged repeated exposure. If ingested, contact a physician immediately. The toxicological properties have not been thoroughly investigated, handle with due diligence. Peptideswarehouse corporation is believed to be correct but only used as a guide for experienced personnel. Peptideswarehouse shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the handling or from contact of products. The aforementioned products are for in vitro research purposes only!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping across the Continental U.S. – $15 flat rate for 1 to 6 bottles and $20 for 6 or more.

Is there any way to get my order expedited?

Yes; we offer an express shipping option for $30 which has a 1-2 day turn around after departure from the warehouse, depending on the customers’ location. Please note, when selecting this option, signature will be required for your package. USA Domestic ONLY.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, sorry. We only accepts orders from within the United States of America.

How fast will my order be processed and shipped?

We process and ship all orders within 1 business day.

What happens if my products have been damaged or shorted in the shipping transit?

At times, mail couriers mishandle packages during times of strenuous volume or holidays. If you are the unlikely recipient of such a misfortune, please contact our customer service support immediately with your order number and you will receive replacements once verified. In regards to our aforementioned service, our packaging is second to none and provides protection from these kinds of damages. Please Note: To be eligible for product replacement, it is necessary for you to provide a picture while the products’ exterior enclosure has not been cut or breached. We thoroughly document all orders prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

Can I choose the mail courier in which my package is shipped through?

At the moment, NO. We hold the sole discretion to choose the most feasible and easiest way to ship your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We understand it is often economically feasible for companies to use a PO Box in this day and age. We will gladly ship to them!

My tracking info is saying delivered but I don’t have my package.

With your order status saying delivered, Peptideswarehouse cannot accept responsibility for your lost packages. Please contact your local USPS with your tracking number handy and they will further assist you.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail system?

If your order gets lost due to mishandling by the postage system, please contact us with the applicable information and we will gladly reship it.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Orders over $500 require signature on delivery.
